The education system of all Study Programs within Universitas Trisakti is the Semester Credit System (SKS), which can be defined as an education delivery system that uses semester credit units (credits) to express student study loads, student learning experiences, lecturer workloads, and program implementation loads.

The curriculum used by all Study Programs within Universitas Trisakti is a competency-based curriculum that refers to the Kerangka Kualifikasi Nasional Indonesia (KKNI). The characteristics of the learning process are interactive, holistic, integrative, scientific, contextual, thematic, effective, collaborative, and student-centered so that students become learning subjects or student center learning (SCL). SCL aims to apply the principle of lifelong learning by learning skills that can be used to develop their abilities independently.

Lectures are conducted online and offline, besides that there are mandatory activities to stay on campus for at least 8 hours per week, to help students take the time to complete their coursework.
